At Inspired 360 Alternative Provision, our holistic approach places the whole young person at the centre of everything we do. Our approach combines personalised learning, therapeutic and wellbeing support, social and emotional development, life skills, mentoring, safeguarding, and positive relationship building. We work collaboratively with young people, families, schools, local authorities, and external professionals to create tailored pathways that reflect individual needs, strengths, aspirations, and goals. 

Through trauma-informed and person-centred practice, we help learners overcome barriers, rebuild confidence, develop resilience, and re-engage with education in a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment. We believe that when young people feel understood, valued, and empowered, they are more able to thrive both personally and academically.
