At Inspired 360 Alternative Provision, we understand that accessing the right support quickly can make a significant difference to a young person's educational journey and overall wellbeing. Our referral process is designed to be simple, transparent, and responsive, ensuring that learners receive tailored support that meets their individual needs as efficiently as possible.

We work collaboratively with schools, local authorities, families, social care professionals, SEND teams, healthcare providers, and other partner agencies to develop personalised support pathways that promote positive outcomes and long-term success.

Contact our team to discuss the needs of the young person and explore the most appropriate support options. We are happy to provide advice, guidance, and information about our services before a referral is submitted.

Complete and submit a referral form along with any relevant supporting information, including educational reports, EHCP documentation, risk assessments, attendance data, safeguarding information, or professional recommendations where appropriate.

Our team will review the referral and arrange an initial consultation with relevant stakeholders. This helps us gain a clear understanding of the learner's strengths, needs, aspirations, and any barriers to engagement.

Following consultation, we will develop a bespoke support plan outlining the provision, interventions, objectives, and expected outcomes. Support packages are tailored to meet the unique requirements of each learner.

Once agreed, support will begin with clear communication between all stakeholders. Learners are introduced to staff, programmes, and services in a way that promotes confidence, engagement, and a smooth transition.

We regularly review progress, outcomes, attendance, engagement, and wellbeing to ensure support remains effective and responsive. Plans can be adapted as needs change, ensuring continuous improvement and positive impact.
